My training consists of high intensity, functional type training. I do not believe in the traditional training of Mondays - chest/tricep, tuesday - legs etc.....

ALL of my clients train the way thier bodies are designed to move during their everyday lives. Whether they are a stay at home mother or profesisonal athlete they train FUNCTIONALLY for that activity/sport.
Adding resistance to these movements decreases the chance of injury as well as makes ev everyday life much easier.
